JUDITH FARRIS BOWMAN is a

JOHN A. MOOS is a trial attorney whose practice emphasizes
civil, probate and domestic relations litigation. Mr. Moos has more than 35
years of experience as a litigator and 20 years of experience as a
collaborative attorney and family law mediator. His practice focuses
predominantly on divorce and related issues, including property, support,
custody, paternity, antenuptial agreements, probate, and equity matters. Mr.
Moos’ civil litigation experience includes matters involving real estate,

JINANNE ELDER, known as 'Nan', has
practiced family and probate law in Massachusetts as a trial lawyer and appellate
attorney as well as a mediator and collaborative lawyer since 1975. She has
