JUDITH FARRIS BOWMAN is a
divorce attorney and mediator. Whether representing clients in litigation and negotiation or facilitating agreements as a mediator, she is dedicated to achieving workable solutions to the issues that arise for every family going through the financial and emotional stress of family break-up.
JOHN A. MOOS is a trial attorney whose practice emphasizes
civil, probate and domestic relations litigation. Mr. Moos has more than 25
years of experience as a litigator and 15 years of experience as a
collaborative attorney and family law mediator. His practice focuses
predominantly on divorce and related issues, including property, support,
custody, paternity, antenuptial agreements, probate, and equity matters. Mr.
Moos’ civil litigation experience includes matters involving real estate,
fraud and consumer protection claims.
JINANNE ELDER, known as 'Nan', is a divorce attorney who has
practiced family law in Massachusetts as a litigation lawyer and appellate
attorney as well as a mediator and collaborative lawyer since 1975. She has
been given the highest rating in both legal ability and ethical standards by
Martindale Hubbell, a national lawyer rating program, and her peers recently
recognized her as a "Massachusetts Super Lawyer" in family law.
PAULA H. NOE practices Massachusetts family law (collaboratively),
concentrating in helping families through crises with dignity and respect,
via alernative dispute resolution wherever possible, in Cambridge,
Massachusetts, where she is a partner in the domestic relations firm of
Bowman, Moos, Elder and Noe, LLP.
AMANDA BAKER WRIGHT, the firm’s associate attorney,
focuses her practice on probate and domestic relations
litigation, collaborative law, care and protection matters in
Juvenile Court, and appellate work. Ms. Baker Wright received
her B.A. from Vassar College in 1999 and her J.D. from
Northeastern University School of Law in 2005.
