Directions from the north on Route 93: Take the Sullivan Square exit. Go straight along the exit ramp, bearing left at the split, to the first light (Sullivan Square MBTA Station and parking lot will be on your right). Go straight through the light, keeping in the right lane, past Bunker Hill Community College on your right (do not stay left and go under the overpass). At the light just after the College, go right onto the Gilmore Bridge. Turn right at the third light onto Binney Street, and right again at the second light which is Third Street. The American Twine Building, at 222 Third Street, is in the second block on your right.

Directions from the south on Route 93: From Route 3/93 (the Central Artery), take Exit 26. As you go up the ramp, stay to the left following the Cambridge signs. At the first light go straight, driving past the Museum of Science on your left. After the Museum go left at the first intersection (second light, just after the light at the museum) onto Edwin T. Land Boulevard. Turn right at the second light onto Binney Street and right again at the second light onto Third Street. The American Twine Building, at 222 Third Street, is in the second block on your right.

Directions from the Mass Pike: Take the Pike east to the end, follow the signs for 93 North and follow the directions from the south on Route 93 above.

Directions from Route 2 and Memorial Drive: Take Rte 2 into Cambridge until you get onto Alewife/Fresh Pond Parkway (bearing right around the Alewife T Station.) Follow the parkway left around the rotary after Fresh Pond Mall, then right at the Welcome to Cambridge rotary, then through three lights to Memorial Drive, the last a large intersection where the Parkway crosses Mt. Auburn Street. Follow the signs for Memorial Drive -- a left turn just before the BB&N gym on your right. Follow Memorial Drive (the Charles River will be on your right) for approximately 3 miles. After the Hyatt Hotel on your left, Memorial Drive bears left under an underpass (you will be going under Mass. Ave.) Shortly after the underpass, the road divides. Keep right, going out over the river and under a big bridge, then immediately over a little iron bridge. At this point the road turns into "Edwin H. Land Boulevard" -- a big sign announces this. After the "Edwin H. Land" sign, go left at the first light onto Binney Street. (There is a sign that says Kendall Square with a left arrow.) At the second light, go right onto Third Street.

Directions from Storrow Drive: Take Storrow Drive to the Longfellow Bridge and take the bridge across the river. Go right at the first light onto Third Street. Go through one light (Binney Street) and the American Twine Building, 222 Third Street, is in the second block on the right. (Or take any other bridge over the river to Memorial Drive (east) and follow the above directions from Memorial Drive).

Parking: Limited guest parking is available in the Third Street parking lot in front of the building and in the Second Street lot in back. Please park only in a guest space, as all other spaces are reserved and building management will tow your car. Parking is also available in metered spaces on the streets surrounding the building, at the Cambridgeside Galleria Mall nearby and at the East Cambridge Municipal Garage at 55 First Street (entrance is on Spring Street). Turn onto Spring Street (a one way street) from First Street.
